Using contributions from supporters like you, Operation Uplink purchases phone cards and distributes them to servicemen and women who are separated from those they care about.

Tip #2 : The Customer Is Always Right

If you didn't buy and use their card they would be out of business. Much of phone card sales is word of mouth and they know that. Don't be rude but be firm. Demand credit for disconnects and any unknown or over charges. As long as you are nice to them they will try to accomodate you. If not then take your business elsewhere. So never buy more credit than you'll use in a month in case you want to switch cards.
